Chancellor CPA Fulfillment Policy for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®
These policies determine how Chancellor CPA, PLLC processes and fulfills orders and payments made by credit card via our payment processor, Stripe.
This Fulfillment Policy ("Policy") applies to our Terms of Engagement, Privacy Notice, and all service agreements entered into with Chancellor CPA (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). “Client,” “you,” and “your” refer to the person or business engaging our services. This Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of professional services and the terms related to refunds and cancellations. Please read carefully and reach out with any questions. All services are billed in U.S. dollars and governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
Fulfillment Policy
At Chancellor CPA, we strive to deliver high-quality accounting and tax services. Client satisfaction is a top priority, and we take concerns seriously. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our processes for service delivery, refunds, and cancellations.
Service Delivery
Chancellor CPA provides accounting, tax preparation, advisory, and consulting services. These are delivered electronically via secure client portals, email, phone, and/or scheduled virtual meetings. Service delivery is tailored to the nature of the engagement and documented in the signed engagement letter.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under limited circumstances. We may consider a partial or full refund only if:
Services have not yet been started or performed as outlined in the engagement.
A cancellation request is received prior to the commencement of substantive work.
Exceptions (No Refunds Will Be Granted If):
You approved and received the agreed-upon deliverables or consultations.
You simply changed your mind after work began.
You were informed of the service scope and pricing before payment but chose to proceed regardless.
You failed to provide necessary documentation or access, resulting in delays.
More than 7 days have passed since you received deliverables and no service issue was reported.
Cancellation Policy
Once an engagement letter has been signed, cancellations are not permitted unless mutually agreed upon in writing. Cancellations made prior to project commencement may be subject to administrative fees.
Project Abandonment
If the Client becomes unresponsive for 30 days or more, or fails to submit required documents or participate in scheduled work, Chancellor CPA reserves the right to consider the engagement abandoned. In such cases, the client forfeits any claim to a refund for services already rendered or reserved time, and the Company may close the engagement without further obligation.
Administrative Fee
All approved refunds are subject to a 5–10% administrative processing fee, depending on payment method and time invested prior to refund request.
Making a Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with your service and believe you are eligible for a refund, please submit your concerns in writing to: caitlin@chancellor-cpa.com. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and must be formally requested in writing within 7 days of service delivery.
